Melissa (Missy) Gray is a dynamic professional with a strong background in operations, executive support, and real estate. She currently serves as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at Perry Smith Development, where she plays a key role in coordinating high-level priorities across multiple companies and departments. In addition to her executive support role, Missy is a licensed real estate agent, specializing in helping investment buyers launch and grow their luxury short-term rental portfolios.

Prior to her current role, Missy served as Production Coordinator at Goodwill Industries of Knoxville, overseeing 28 retail stores, 11 donation centers, 2 production facilities, and a logistics team. Her leadership helped drive operational excellence and expand the organization's sustainability efforts.

 

She also worked as an Operations Supervisor at Best Buy, managing staffing, scheduling, and customer experience, and as a Client Service Associate at Ryan Beck & Co., supporting senior leadership and high-net-worth clients with account management.
