Known for her precision, taste, and strategic insight, Darla is a respected figure in the luxury short-term rental (STR) market within the Great Smoky Mountains, where her cabin designs and renovations are among the fastest-selling in the region. She specializes in new construction as well as in transforming dated properties into modern, high-ROI investments — often delivering immediate returns for both rental income and resale potential.

 

Her creative journey began in the events and venue industry, where she served as Executive Director of a prestigious event venue for a decade, managing large-scale events, leading rebranding initiatives, and overseeing multimillion-dollar operational budgets. Her flair for storytelling through design and her deep understanding of customer experience continue to influence her work in luxury real estate and development.
