Before fully entering the real estate world, Gator spent over a decade in the equine entertainment industry—including 10 years performing as a professional trick rider in Dolly Parton’s renowned dinner theater show. Her time in the spotlight sharpened her discipline, creativity, and grit—qualities she now brings to every client relationship.
Today, Gator specializes in helping families find and secure land for first-generation farm ownership, combining her love for rural living with a keen sense for investment strategy. Whether sourcing homestead-ready acreage or evaluating long-term value, she is known for her research-driven approach and heart for helping others build something lasting.
Gator is also a key member of the Design Team at Perry Smith Development, where she plays an integral role in decorating, staging, and adding the final touches to luxury cabins and investment properties.
